UK Mainland & Offshore Delivery Information

We provide reliable delivery across the UK mainland via Royal Mail’s 2-3 day "signed for" service. Orders placed before 12 PM (GMT) are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

Delivery Details:

• Orders may arrive in multiple consignments at no extra cost.
• If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the expected date, you may cancel for a full refund.

Offshore Deliveries (Northern Ireland & Islands):

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and UK islands are subject to a courier surcharge.

Signature & Re-Delivery:

• A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel at your provided address.
• If re-delivery is needed, additional charges will apply.

Order Cancellations:

• If you cancel after dispatch, a 25% restocking fee and the initial delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
